I was so happy to find you again. Its been some time, since I have ordered. Today I spoke with Kay. She was so helpful in getting me set up again. I am so grateful. It took me hours to pick out all my items, and I was afraid I would have to start again, but some how, she worked her magic. She was very nice and patient with me also. Which I appreciated. I am not good with a computer. I am a phone person, or face to face person, not a computer person. So having a phone number with a person on the other end is a deal breaker for me. If companies don't have a phone number or don't answer the phone I don't give them our business.
